dim sum with love

semalam masak western food for hubby and me...so today masak another favorite dish of mine which is DIM SUM!. tapi ini masak untuk our tea time...my hubby tak suka makan dim sum...tapi takper...nak ajar aisya makan dim sum...

so i made two version of dim sum today, one for myself and the other for my daughter...what's the difference? of course intinyer la....since aisya tak makan garam and all ...so i twist sikit the recipi...here we go:

resipi kulit dim sum:

tepung atta

tepung ubi kayu 

tepung gandum 

air panas *kalau untuk yang dewasa campur garam sikit 

olive oil 

cara-cara:

1. gaulkan ketiga-tiga tepung

2.masukkan air sikit sikit to ensure yang tak terlebih air 

3. uli sampai jadi doh

4. dah jadi doh letak sikit olive oil

** a little bit twist of recipi untuk baby- stim labu dan masukkan labu yang dah diblender dalam campuran doh..bukan apa untuk ensure baby dapat khasiat jugak makan kulit dim sum tue...

ini la kulit doh yang saya campurkan labu untuk aisya...since malas nak buat doh lain saya pun sapu jer doh ini for my dim sum...hihihih...

recipe inti dim sum:-

ayam 

udang* baby tak boleh

cendawan

garam

lada sulah 

mixed herbs 

cara-cara:

1. campurkan semua bahan-bahan diatas dan stim sekejap...note: untuk baby instead jangan la guna garam yer...saya gantikan dengan puree kurma 

2. lepas dah siap inti dan kulit dim sum...apa lagi...lenyekkan kulit dim sum dah masukkan inti ditengah-tengah dan buat bentuk bulat....

3. lepas tu kukus for about 15- 20 minutes* saya guna teknik kukus chawanmushi...yang mana lepas letak dim sum cover dengan kain sebelum tutup pengukus...

4. angkat dan sedia untuk dimakan...yum yum...

gambar tak comel...tapi yang penting sedap....

tapi kalau nak betul-betul sedap pergi dekat pan pacific la...memang dim sum yang terbaik saya pernah rasa!!

spaghetti chicken meatball

hari ini teringin nak makan chicken meatball...dah lama tak masak western food for hubby so...lets cook before mengundi ya...hihihi...

biasanya saya akan masak chicken meatball and the spaghetti sos sendiri...takder beli-beli kat kedai...nak tau resipi tak? mudah ader...

resipi chicken meatball:

isi ayam (suka hati nak cincang sendiri or beli yang dah siap cincang)

bawang merah cincang halus 

bawang putih cincang halus 

mixed herbs 

garam 

lada hitam 

gaulkan semua bahan-bahan diatas dan kepalkan jadi bebola dan gorengkan terus....

ok...dah siap meatball let's cook the spaghetti sauce...bahan-bahannya:-

6 biji tomato (4 serving)

bawang putih

bawang merah 

jintan 

kayu manis 

bunga lawang 

cendawan 

bay leaves

garam

lada hitam 

mixed herbs

gula

cara-caranya:

1.first off kena rebus dulu tomato tue utk buang kulit...so untuk senang buang kulit belah macam tanda X dekat belakang tomato dan rebus untuk 10 minutes sampai kulit terkopak sendiri...

2.lepas dah rebus angkat dan sejukkan lepas tue buang kulit tomato 

3.blender tomato sampai hancur 

4. tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, jintan, kayu manis dan bunga lawang sampai wangi 

5. masukkan tomato yang telah di blend tadi dan rebus sampai pekat 

6. masukkan garam, mixed herbs, bay leaves, lada hitam dan gula 

7. bila dah pekat masukkan chicken meatball, mushroom dan gaulkan sekejap

8. sebelum angkat rasa dulu, kalau tak cukup garam ker gula ker...tambah la

9...and ready to eat...

adab percakapan perempuan

semalam having pillow talk with husband berkenaan suara dan cara percakapan seseorang perempuan. Terkejut jugak tiba-tiba husband saya bertanya, macam mana cara saya bercakap dengan lelaki lain dalam telefon. mmmm...terkejut sekejap saya pun jawab, macam biasa la...takder yang luar biasa...sambil tersenyum penuh rahsia dia tiba-tiba bagitau yang cara saya bercakap boleh menyebabkan lelaki tertarik untuk bercakap dengan lebih lama dengan saya..eh??? blur sekejap..

setahu saya la..tak pernah pun saya melebih-lebih melayan lelaki...bila tengok reaksi saya macam lain macam terus husband saya cakap, cara saya tu sebenarnya dah biasa dengan saya tapi bagi seorang lelaki yang sahihnya dan lumrahnya suka diberi perhatian akan rasa yang saya friendly and love to talk to me. oooo...baru paham....dan terus tak jadi nak merajuk...hihhihi..

memang diakui yang saya cepat mesra dengan sesiapa pun..even when i have conversation with my client, kadang-kadang tu agak friendly. memang pernah pada satu masa ada seorang client ni suka sangat call i everyday nak bercakap, kadang-kadang we even talked about our daily life. saya dah anggap dia macam kawan la..mana tau rupa-rupanya encik client tu terminat pulak dengan saya sebab katanya saya senang untuk diajak berborak...haihh...

so husband saya cakap, kalau boleh keep it minimum when i have conversation with guys and my tone pun tak boleh terlalu lembut...takut lelaki akan tersuka dengan cara percakapan tu...ok boss..noted! ha lepas tu dia siap gurau, jangan pulak cakap macam gangster! hahahaah...

another peringatan dari en hubby yang saya akan ingat dan nak kongsi dengan you all semua...ingat tu...kadang-kadang cara percakapan yang lembut pun boleh menyebabkan seseorang lelaki terjatuh suka kat seseorang perempuan tue....dosa tue!

Aisya & pasta

Dah lama nak mengupdate pasal ni, tapi asyik lupa ajer...ok...so baru-baru ini saya telah memperkenalkan Aisya to pasta! Owhhhh...she loves it people...macam mummy dia la nie..suka western food...hihihi...

Tapi pasta for her Ada batasnya, since she's so small and yet to have her first meat so I decided to cook vegetarian pasta. Resipi Dan bahan-bahannya seperti as follow:

Bahan-bahan:

Pasta for kids ( I bought organic of course!)- rebus sampai lembik sikit
5 potong kecil labu
Sedikit celery dipotong kecil
Bawang putih
Bawang holland
Halia
Unsalted butter
1 biji kurma

Cara- cara:
1. Tumis bawang putih, bawang holland Dan halia bersama unsalted butter
2. Masukkan labu Dan celery, masak sekejap
3. Masukkan sedikit air untuk merenih labu Dan celery
4. Masukkan juga kurma sebagai penambah rasa.
5. Bila labu dah empuk Dan celery dah lembik masukkan pasta masak for about 5 minute
6. Angkat Dan sejukkan sedikit before blend separa hancur

Siap dihidangkan...yummylucious!

Perut buncit disebabkan stress??

Ohooooo...sensitip topic ni..hihihi...pagi tadi I was reading the sun and suddenly Ada pasal belly fat. Ok...sedikit rumusan Dari article yang ditulis oleh Jonathan Tan yer...

Lemak degil Akan Bertambah and sentiasa bercambah dalam badan kita especially on your belly! Baru-baru ini Ada research yang mengatakan factor Utama yang menyebabkan perut buncit selain pemakanan adalah stress! OMG!!!! Seriously?

Oh yes...according to the researcher, it caused by the prolonged stress yer. Harap maklum semua yang lemak diperut berfungsi lain Dari lemak ditangan atau paha. Nak tau apa yang lainnya? Ini kerana lemak di perut mempunyai kandungan darah yang Lebih banyak and as well as more stress hormone in it! Unbelievable!

So when we overstressed, the hormone juga Akan meningkat Dan mengakibatkan perut semakin buncit. Kawal la pemakanan macam mana pun, yet it will and stay there..ewwww....

Jadi...avoid stress...how the hell we're gonna avoiding stress? Haihla....orang sekarang ni sentiasa stress...emotionally stress, financially stress, family stress Dan yang sewaktu dengannya...so...we can't avoid stress but yet we have to manage stress ya...agak -agak nak stress tu sila la amik wudu' Dan solat.....lagi afdal kan!

sekarang ni tengah giler dengar lagu mirror dari justin timberlake. Memang best and i dedicate the song to my hubby and daughter la! they are my mirror..(sambil tersenyum simpul..ahaks!)
